Sensory Workshop: Schools / Nurseries £30
Tuesday 13th June 1.30-3.30pm (Downley Site, HP13 5HB)
This workshop is run our highly specialised Occupational Therapist, Geri Pinnock. Geri has worked within the NHS as a Clinical Lead, has a Post Graduate Certificate in Sensory Integration and another PGCert in Attachment, Trauma and Mental Health. This workshop will teach the basics of sensory processing and how to support a child with a sensory processing disorder within an educational setting. There will also be time dedicated to questions and answers.

Autism Spectrum Conditions: Summer 2 £65
2-3.30pm (Downley Site, HP13 5HB)
This four-part course gives an overview of commonly seen areas of need for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition, and how to support those needs within a classroom setting.
- Workshop 1: ASC overview (Thursday 15th June)
- Workshop 2: Sensory Processing Disorder (Thursday 22nd June)
- Workshop 3: Structure and Executive Functioning (Thursday 29th June)
- Workshop 4: SCERTS Ethos and creating an ASC Friendly Classroom (Thursday 6th July)
Time will be given for questions and answers throughout the course.
Building Joint Attention: Summer 1 £25
Thursday 4th May 2-4pm (Downley Site, HP13 5HB)
This training will focus on methods of improving pupils’ attention to an adult led task including: Attention Autism (also known as “Bucket”), sensory stories and sensory songs.
